myTrains use Raileasy as it’s retailer for all UK train ticket sales

As Raileasy sell tickets from a number of different train operating companies, Raileasy does not set the terms and conditions of the various ticket types. Terms and conditions for train tickets bought on myTrains, through Raileasy, come from the individual train operating companies.

Raileasy does have a number of requirements that users must agree to before buying a ticket. When using myTrains to buy train tickets through Raileasy, users must also agree to these requirements.

No booking fees

When booking train tickets with myTrains users will not pay a booking fee on their purchase.

In addition to this, myTrains do not charge a debit card fee but as is standard within the industry a small charge will apply when paying for train tickets using a VISA credit, Mastercard or AMEX. We have made this charge as minimal as possible and will cost users 2.5% of the total price of their tickets.

Ticket collection

Once you have received confirmation by email about your train tickets, you can collect them from a self-service ticket machine or ticket office available at most train stations. We recommend collecting your train tickets at least 20 minutes before you depart.

To collect your train tickets you will need;

  • The eight digit ticket collection reference number (found on your confirmation email)
  • The debit/credit card you booked the ticket(s) with

Changing or cancelling your booking

If you would like to make changes to your booking you will need to book a new ticket through myTrains and contact Raileasy at with details of the original ticket information for a refund.

To do this you will need to provide your 8 digit ticket collection reference number for both tickets. Raileasy cannot change your ticket for you.

Please note: if your ticket is non-refundable – only the dates and times can be changed and not the departure point, destination or train company you will be travelling with.
